📦 Shipping Policy
At Ayoris, we’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment at any time.
Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to high demand, carrier delays, or customs processing (for international orders). We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
🛍️ Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact@supportayoris.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your payment provider.
❌ Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us at contact@supportayoris.com. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be processed or shipped.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
