We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be returned in original condition, with all accessories included.

  • Digital products, downloadable items, or services already rendered are not eligible.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Process:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@supportayoris.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:
If your product is defective or damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment for a full refund. For subscription plans, customers may cancel anytime by contacting support; no further charges will be applied after cancellation.
